Appreciated the queen room I was given, it had central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe. The food was great at the café. The setting was incredible, not far from the restaurant at the main entry, the the Center of old Salem and all the attractions, all within walking distance.

The venue is spotless, the staff is friendly and superbly friendly. The place provides reasonable prices. The room is big and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It's incredibly beautiful property with marvellous and fantastic location near the centre of town as well as the restaurant at the main entry.

The hotel is beautiful and spotless. I enjoyed friendly personnel that ensures guests have a great stay. The breakfast is served in the café! It has great and incredible location really close to Witch History Museum.

The location was great and excellent - ease of access to Peabody Essex Museum. It was about 16 miles from the airport. The room we had included central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. The bed was extremely comfy, like a cloud.

I liked this hip new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was brand-new and great-sized with smoke detectors for my safety. Had a shower, hair dryers, and robes in the bathroom. All of the staff were very amiable and super-friendly. The location was comfy, around 10-15 minutes walk from Peabody Essex Museum. It was also next to all the attractions.

It's reasonable base for sightseeing and exploring Salem. The rooms are huge and new-fashioned with large bathrooms. The staff are superfriendly and the location is great in the restaurant at the main entry.

The location was spot on, right in the heart of everything! It was so convenient to walk around and explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. Plus, the complementary morning coffee in the lobby was a nice touch to start the day.
There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the room lacked a sink in the toilet area, which made it inconvenient.
